Working with homeowners, architects and builders, Karin Mahdavi carefully coordinates tile, counter materials, lighting, paint colors, plumbing products, and cabinetry. Karin has well-established relationships with many suppliers and understands technical requirements across numerous disciplines. In addition to construction phase work, KM Design also provides full-service interior design support. These services include furniture layout and procurement and fabric selections for “soft goods.”
